CBRE 100 Biscayne

Davila Engineering provided MEPFP engineering services to include Design and Construction Documents, AHJ Interactions, and Construction Administrative Services for 100 Biscayne Bay Condensate System Upgrade Project. The project consisted of designing a new condensate main piping system connecting to the existing storm system on the lower level and designing the tie-in of branch floor condensate lines to the new main lines.
