Davila Engineering (DE) provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the $600K R/F Equipment Replacement Project at Poinciana Hospital in Kissimmee, FL. The scope included the design and coordination of various systems necessary to replace the existing Class 1 imaging R/F equipment with new GEHC equipment, ensuring the facility remained in compliance with 2022 FGI Guidelines. DE’s work involved electrical design for equipment connections, lighting coordination, and power system analysis, as well as modifications to the HVAC system to meet air flow requirements. Additionally, DE provided architectural services for flooring repairs, plumbing design, and fire protection system updates. The project included extensive coordination with AHCA and local AHJs for approval, as well as construction administration services such as submittal reviews, inspection coordination, and attendance at key meetings throughout the project’s lifecycle.
