Davila Engineering provided MEPFP engineering services for the new state-of-the-art Class II IR lab and new Cath lab designed to Class III standards. Both imaging rooms were designed with new control rooms and equipment modality rooms. The electrical design included new power, lighting and systems (fire alarm and nurse call) with isolation power panels. The mechanical design included temporary conditions for ICRA, new CRAC units for the imaging equipment, new medical gases and modification to the existing HVAC system to meet ASHRAE 170 requirements.
