Energy Analysis
Ft Lauderdale, FL

Davila Engineering (DE) conducted an engineering energy analysis for Keiser University, focusing on documenting and modeling the facility’s existing energy consumption in compliance with EPA’s Partial Building Simulation requirements. The project involved a comprehensive on-site investigation to assess the building’s energy systems, collecting utility bills and consumption data over the previous 12 months, and using this data to establish an energy performance baseline through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. DE utilized EPA-approved building simulation software to model the building’s HVAC systems, lighting, equipment loads, and other energy-consuming elements, calibrating the model with available meter data. The final deliverables included a detailed energy consumption report and an EPA submission package to support energy performance improvement efforts.
