Davila Engineering provided an on-site engineering assessment and master plan to analyze the need for HVAC upgrades, replacements, and repairs. The engineering assessment focused on addressing issues such as air infiltration, potential environmental issues, building negative pressure, compliance risks, poor energy efficiency, and failing HVAC equipment. DE also provided the facility a project scope, schedule, and budget for solutions to the facilities equipment concerns.
